Fascial Unwinding
Fascial unwinding is a technique that prompts your body to move spontaneously in ways that increase ease and reduces pain and tension.
The therapist acts to nudge the body, passively holding and following sensations of movement. These moves 'release' stuckness and restriction.
Also known as positional release, it is believed that by spontaneously replaying movements that occurred during accident, injury or trauma in a safe painless way the body is able to reintegrate and then move towards healing.
Clients remain clothed throughout the session (unless it is combined with massage)
Each session is different
Client report feeling lighter, more balanced with a greater range of movement post session.
A series of sessions may be required to achieve maximum benefit
